The guys provide amazing service. To be honest it is the best service in Netherlands I've ever seen. I'm saying that because when I had a problem to start my scooter on sunday evening guys came after 30 minutes from my request and evacuated my scooter and on the next day it was ready to pick up. Keep it up guys! All the best!
Erener, the guy who helped us to fix our bike, quickly helped us and fixed our bike even though it was a scooter store. I am so glad there is this kind of place where they do not only care about business but also people need help in short notice. Thank you.
Hesitantly left this one star because they actually deserve 0 star. Their UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour is very disappointing. How come fixing a 10 headlight gives a right to secretly change the original sticker of the Scooter shop we purchased at into their logo sticker?! They weren’t even sorry with this UNPROFESSIONALISM and claimed every scooter shop does the same thing. Well, who says they should follow a WRONG behaviour? I guess all people who got their services done at Scooter Point got their logo stickers? Ridiculous.
